Don't see movement for a few days? No worries! Packages sometimes hang out at facilities before updating in the system.
LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGE 💌
For delivery hiccups or tracking troubles, the shipping carrier can help fastest! Sometimes carriers mark packages as "delivered" a bit early or need more info to find your doorstep.
While we package everything with extra care and love, sometimes the shipping fairies aren't so gentle. Once a package leaves our nest, Sukko can't be responsible for shipping mishaps.
